Rules & Regulations

• Entrant must be at least 21 years of age

• Entrant must be between 16 and 36 weeks gestation at time of the pageant in order to compete

• Entrant must have doctor's consent form completed as part of the required pageant paperwork

• Entrant must be of good health and not categorized as a "High Risk" pregnancy

• Entrant must be of good, moral character; she must have never posed nude in any pictures, films, or publications

• A certified copy of the entrant's birth certificate to verify citizenship, gender, and age will be required

• Entrant can be married, single, or divorced.

• Entrant agrees to sign a Ms. Maternity Pageant™ contestant contract.

• Entrant agrees to arrive on time and participate in all pageant related events.

Additional Regulations

Travel - Each contestant will be responsible for their own travel arrangements

Host Hotel - Contestants will be responsible for their own hotel expenses

Rehearsals - We will have closed rehearsals, no family or friends will be allowed

Judges - All decisions of the judges will be final and during the pageant weekend, contestants are to not have any interaction with the judges

Deadlines - All required pageant paperwork and fees are due by June 1, 2008 and this deadline will be strictly enforced by Ms. Maternity Pageant, Inc.

Refund Policy - All fees paid on behalf of an entrant are non-refundable as well as non-transferable. The only exception to this policy is if the contestant gives birth before the pageant

Payment Plan - A payment plan for the entry fee may be initiated only after the $75 deposit has been received. Payments of any size will be required on your account every 30 days and failure to comply may result in the loss of your spot in the pageant

Dancing Heart Photography

The Ms. Maternity Pageant reserves the right to refuse entry into the Ms. Maternity Pageant to anyone for any reason. Friends and family members of the Ms. Maternity Pageant are ineligible to compete in this pageant
